We'll start by tasting Wheeler's Gin and talking about its flavor profile and flavor profiles of gin in general, then you'll get to play with your own Wheeler's Gin fractions and create your custom gin.  You'll start with our base spirit and decide how much juniper, osha root, desert sage, cascade hops and cholla blossom you want to add.  The only rule is it has to have juniper. Snacks will be provided, and all workshop participants will go home with a bottle of their custom gin.  You will also get a 20% discount toward any other purchase made on the day. 21 and over only Wheeler's Gin botanicals
