Our team is seeking motivated and hard-working individuals to join our Deck & Fence Installation Team. We are looking for experienced carpenters to be Crew Leads. The right candidate will share the same core values of the team: Professional & Honest Fun Can-Do Attitude Caring Reliable & Accountable Essential Duties and Responsibilities Installation of wood, vinyl, and aluminum fencing Installation of wood and composite decking and railing Pergola Installation 3 years of fence installation experience Ability to manage a 2-5 person crew A qualified candidate will possess the following attributes: Absolutely must be a positive person with a good outlook on life Attention to detail Must be customer-service oriented, trustworthy and dependable in attendance.
