Be careful of sending deposits for cute fluffy puppy

Hi there was a post regarding puppies for sale. The person was advertising cute fluffy pups for a reasonable price ($350) they then asked for a deposit of $50 “ to hold onto the pup” I declined, explaining this made me uncomfortable and of course the person ghosted me. Please guys be smart do not send money to any stranger no matter what words they tell you. I’m sure many people of fallen victim to this kind of fraud. I’m posting to remind everyone if it’s too good too be true then 9/10 times it’s not true.
