Disabilities Awareness Parade & Balloons Release Ceremony Best Decorated Vehicle Contest ($75 Cash Prize) In a partnership effort with healthcare providers, and to support families caring for those with disabilities, a “Disabilities Awareness Parade” will take place to kick off the festival. Parade Information & Route - 8:00 am: Lineup at the Hot Box parking lot, 106 Elm Street. 8:30 am: Departure to the Lancaster Fairgrounds. Walkers and vehicles are welcomed to participate. The registration fee is $10 per organization/group. Fee exempted for emergency vehicles and sponsor donations of $60 or more! Come Join in on the fun and enter in the “Best Decorated Vehicle Contest” to win $75! Registration deadline is Friday, September 9th. To register, call (803) 237-4486. Balloons will be provided at the fairgrounds for a special Balloons Release Ceremony supporting those with disabilities, and in memory of those loss. Food & Merchandise Vendors! Door Prize Drawings!
