American Residential is looking for an energetic, punctual individual who places a high value on exceptional customer service to join our team. Candidate must be professional in appearance, be able to multitask, and be detail oriented. Staff of the property maintenance team are expected to represent the ownership and the property in a professional manner at all times. Candidate is expected to perform on a level that improves the property standards and appearance while understanding, diagnosing and resolving all maintenance and service related issues at the property. Participation in the emergency on-call response is required. Property maintenance works with the Community Manager to maintain budgets and implement maintenance strategies that benefit the long-term success of the property. We strive to maintain an environment that is focused on customer service and community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Effectively diagnose problems and make repairs in a timely manner. Perform routine and preventative maintenance repairs. Turn units in preparation for new resident Assist in maintaining grounds and property amenities. Perform any and all duties called upon by supervisors to ensure property operates in an efficient and economic manner. Represent company values by dressing and acting in a professional manner at all times. Participate in emergency on-call program. Required Skills Must have a positive attitude and a desire to be a team player. Must be willing to take initiative and have a sense of urgency. Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner Must have basic or advanced knowledge of HVAC repair, pool maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, etc.. Must pass background check and drug screening. A minimum 4 years’ experience is required. Preference is given to those who are HVAC certified.
