march of dimes: walk-a-thon, walk for babies

For Safety Reason: We are encouraging walkers to wear light-colored clothes, good walking shoes, and carry a bottle of water.
As a walker, I understand and agree that I am a participating in this event on my own free will and organizers will accept responsibility for any liability for bodily injury, property damage and medical expensive or other loss that may arise from participation in this event. A promise not to sue waiver must be signed prior to participation.
Donation will not be Refunded.
