New name, new venue, same great party. We decided it was time to stop letting the men have all the fun, so this year anyone can be a chef!
This event, often referred to as “The Party of the Year,” raises much-needed funds for Arts Outreach, a Santa Ynez Valley arts education nonprofit.
Up to 50 amateur chefs will show off their culinary skills as they serve up tastes of their carefully prepared dishes. Many chefs return each year to participate in this fun event and some of the delightful dishes that have made appearances in the past are: Southern Fried Alligator, BBQ Chicken Strips, Black Bean and Chorizo Stuffed Chiles, and Killer Brownies. Guests enjoy unlimited samplings of food and wine/beer. Additionally, up to 30 Central Coast vintners and breweries will be on hand pouring their wines and beers to complement the chefs’ creations. Guests can sample food from a variety of categories, including hot and cold appetizers, entrees, salads, breads, salads, desserts and more.
Come eat, drink, and listen to some live music by LiveWire, all while supporting a good cause!
