Our client is in need of project team supervisors to help monitor and supervise a warehouse assembly project. The assembly crew is building large volumes of corrugated bins and boxes. Pay starts at $28/hr. Details/Essential Functions: This is a contract position in Indianapolis Directly supervise 20 hourly employees. Ensure compliance with the client’s safety and security program. Coaching employees on how to assemble and install bins correctly Coach and mentor employees and be able to recognize their strengths and weaknesses and place them appropriately. Make recommendations on DNR’s (do not return). Treat all employees with respect. Coordinate labor needs and shift requirements with project managers. Document daily production reports. Conduct daily housekeeping to remove waste and packing materials. Lift up to 25 lbs alone and up to 50 lbs assisted. Both stand and sit for an eight to ten-hour shift. Be available to work 1st shift schedule Able to use computer software, email.
