LOCATION: Bloc83 courtyard (across from Chargrill on Hillsborough St). Use our studio address: 621 Hillsborough St, STE 103, Raleigh, NC 27603 PARKING: Free street parking on St. Marys, metered parking on Hillsborough St (free after 6pm), dedicated Bloc83 parking deck at the corner of S Boylan Ave & Hillsborough St (first 30 min is free) WHAT TO EXPECT: A mindful & restorative flow accessible for all fitness levels (no yoga experience required) followed by cocktails & community in the courtyard WHAT TO BRING: Mat, towel, water & a friend! We will have some mats on hand to lend you in case you do not have one <3 WAIVER FORM: Please complete our waiver form prior to class (it will be sent via email)
