Join us on the patio for the first Czech Check Night. The first Czech style beer is on us, along with your specially crafted meal. Starting at 6:00pm you'll have a chance to sip and nosh on our creations. At each hour we'll introduce a new beer with Head Brewer Austin Myers. 6:00pm - Beer Mile (Czech Pils)7:00pm - CAL (Czech Amber Lager)8:00pm - Evan the Great (Czech Dark Lager)Each time we come around and drop off a beer, we'll give you a "check" marking on your coaster. When you are ready to be finished and would no longer like beers passed to you, simply place your coaster over your glass and we can settle your tab when you're ready. Don't forget to turn in your ticket for your Traditional Czech-style foods: Appetizer - Chlebíčky - Open faced sandwich. White bread, potato salad, ham, Swiss, pickled, boiled egg, and red pepper. Main Couse - Beef Goulash – Hovězí guláš. Stewed beef in a paprika and tomato sauce, garnished with yellow onion and served with boiled dumplings.
