FROM is an independent analysis firm conducting research on behalf of a well-known online payroll provider for small businesses. We would like you to tell us about your pay as You Go workers comp insurance service, specifically the documentation you rely on during the annual worker's comp audit process. The objective of the interviews will be to observe and probe the participant's experiences with a worker's comp report, understand how they would expect to find it, how well they understand it, and how they use it. We will explore where the challenges and confusion are at every step of the process, and what could be done to make the overall experience more intuitive and useful for them. No real data will be used in the research. The Zoom session will last about 45 minutes and the compensation for your time is a $100 Amazon eGiftCard.
