Need a wall framed out

Looking for someone to frame out a 12-foot wide by 82.5" tall wall with three standard bead board panels (48" wide by 8' tall) and install as a room divider, plus an 8-foot wide section with same specs. I would pay for the 2x4's, paneling and nails. You would pick up the materials and install the wall. Need this done soon. Please include a price estimate and any information about yourself, including refrences or a website link with examples of previous work if possible.
