Immediate need for handyman/jack of all trades/builder/remodeler/painter/landscaper doesn't mind doing anything type of people that can do a little of everything and are really good at doing it. We have several properties in the southwest suburbs that need carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, remodeling, kitchen cabinets, flooring, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, landscaping, and lots of other misc. repairs, cleaning and etc. We know we can't find just one person that is capable of doing all of these things so please let us know all the stuff you are good at doing and an hourly pay rate you are looking for? This is only part-time so please let us know what your availability is. This could be a long-term part-time relationship because we constantly need projects done. Must have tools, transportation, and a valid driver's license. Must be hard working, trustworthy, reliable, and dependable. Please send a resume if you have one.
