***Please read thoroughly before reaching out*** We are searching for the right home for our (estimated) 2 year old Australian Shepherd mix. He is a sweet dog with people but has aggression with other dogs, in particular small dogs. We adopted from the Salinas Animal Shelter mid February and were told he was friendly with dogs. He is house trained, had down the basic commands (sit, lay down, stay). He has LOTS of energy and needs a large fenced in space to run. The ideal person to adopt him, has space, time, and the resources for extensive training. He is sweet with kids but is a mouth herder so I would not suggest him for a home with small children. Please reach out if you're interested. We do need to find him a home before 6/21/22 otherwise we will have to take him back to the shelter.
