NAUGATUCK, CT — Borough officials have opted to change the location of a proposed skateboard park from Crown Street to Linden Park after residents raised concerns, Citizen's News reports. A skateboard park was originally built at Linden Park in 2002, but it was removed years later. According to Citizen's News, Mayor Pete Hess said a condominium association and some people on Crown Street objected to the Crown Street location, which is near Hop Brook Elementary School. Officials also looked at Cedar Park as a possible location, however the space was too small. Read the full story at Citizen News.
