NVCC Advanced Manufacturing Program in Danbury - Deadline to Register June 30th We are fortunate once again at the NVCC Advanced Manufacturing program in Danbury to offer the Linde Skills Pipeline Workforce Development scholarships. This is a huge opportunity for several potential students! We appreciate you sharing this with anyone you know that would also be interested and would like to join us for the fall start date of August 29th. Program meets Monday through Thursday. Class start time is 4:00pm each day. Please see the following information and attachments about the Advanced Manufacturing Program and Scholarship at NVCC Danbury: FULL SCHOLARSHIPS available at Naugatuck Valley Community College in Danbury Advanced Manufacturing Certificate Program New facility and location: Western Connecticut State University. · All Tuition expenses are included. · Textbooks for all Courses, Materials and Technical Equipment Package are included. · Hands-on access to state of the art manufacturing technology in preparation of employment. · Graduates earn 31 college credits in two semesters towards an Associates Degree in Technology Studies. · Upon completion will have earned 2 certificates: o Certificate in Fundamentals of Machine Technology o Certificate in Advanced Manufacturing Machine Technology · OSHA-10 Certification · The program in manufacturing prepares individuals for "hands-on" positions in the manufacturing sector as inspectors, machine operators, CNC machinists and more.
