Come join us for a free sample class of Sound Beginnings, a "mom-and-me" music class for kids age 0-4! Explore early literacy and music skills in a play-based environment that focuses on age appropriate learning and parent bonding. The sample class will be about 40 minutes long: a 30 minute class and a 10 minute information session for parents while the kids color and play with toys. Parents participate in all the activities, so plan to be moving around a lot! **IMPORTANT**: When you RSVP, select the number of children you'll be bringing. Don't count yourself. Thanks! 0-4 is the very best age to start learning music and making important brain connections! Every class includes movement based rhythm training (Eurythmics), vocal channeling and pitch development, fine and gross motor skill development through finger plays, instrument experimentation and play, full body movement while experiencing classical music themes, introduction or reinforcement of preschool skills like letters, sounds, colors, counting, and of course- a really fun parent bonding experience!
