Description

This is a board game tournament the likes of which Rochester hasn't seen before. The tournament structure will be 5 rounds, no elimination and each round will last an hour. Each round will be 1 different board game and players will be awarded points based on where they place in each game (1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th). After 5 rounds, the points will be tallied up and 1st thru 4th will get their pick of a top shelf board game, courtesy of our sponsor for the event: Just Games Rochester. Depending on tournament attendance, there may be prizes for 5th - 8th place as well. The tournament will take place at PlayerzZone in East Rochester which means there will be plenty of food and drinks for everyone to enjoy. The list of games that will be offered for the rounds include: Dominion Ticket to Ride Carcassonne 7 Wonders Galaxy Trucker Wingspan Calico Azul Tiny Towns Llama land We ask that players do their best to learn the games prior to attending the event in the interest of saving time. Players are also welcome to come early to read the games prior to the start time.
