Frayser is experiencing a rapid rise in home value, but it remains one of the most affordable neighborhoods in the Memphis area. NAREB is working with Frayser Realtist to provide information about homes listed for sale in Frayser. Mortgage lenders will be onsite to provide information for home loans. We are inviting area contractors, insurance agents, bankers, business vendors, food vendors, and other industry professionals. There will be music, games, prizes, and other activities to celebrate and promote homeownership Frayser. The 2nd Annual Frayser Homeownership Fair will take place Saturday, June 25th, at 3684 North Watkins 11am-4pm.
