These jobs are labor intensive. They are full time, 40 hours a week positions, ranging from $16-$20 an hour, with the occasional overtime offered, (but not required). We offer certain benefits such as 401K, PTO, paid holidays, Direct Primary Care Memberships, etc. We will go into detail on this during interviews. Raises can come as early as 3 months when deserved. We have a great mold remediation crew and are looking to add to it immediately! We are also hiring for our sister company that does waterproofing. Dog Gone will provide all necessary equipment and supplies whether hired for Dog Gone Mold, or Dog Gone Waterproofing. No experience necessary, although a general handyman/construction/labor background is helpful. We do mold remediation and waterproofing at different job sites in the area, daily. (Mostly in residential homes.) Many of our days are spent in crawl spaces, (underneath homes), cleaning and treating for mold, as well as installing vapor barriers, sump pumps, footer tiles, dehumidifiers, etc, or in basements performing waterproofing services for our clients. (Depends on if you are hired for the mold remediation crew, the waterproofing crew, or someone who works on both.) You must have reliable transportation to get yourself to different job sites every day. (Car pooling among our crew members is encouraged.) We do very thorough and detailed work and expect the same from all of our employees. As well as being kind, professional, and respectful with fellow employees and clients.
