If you're experienced in construction as a foreman or a talented craftsman looking to grow, we would be honored to have you on our team and work with you to reach your full potential in our journey to build Award Winning Projects. - The landscape foreman's responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of construction of outdoor spaces, monitoring and training workers, supervising the use of equipment, ensuring staff observe safety guidelines and protocols, and completing various administrative duties. - You should also have leadership skills and extensive knowledge of concrete, carpentry, masonry, grading, drainage, electrical, irrigation, horticulture, and have the ability to precisely layout a project per architectural and structural plans. - As a foreman, you’re proficient in English and are able to read/interpret between Spanish and English. French is a plus but not required. - As a craftsman you’re specialized in one or multiple of these trades and you’re extremely motivated to learn from industry specialists. - Providing cost, material, equipment, and time estimates. - Scheduling training sessions wherever required. - Experience in a leadership role would be advantageous. - Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions.
