We are a Residential Property Management Company looking for a licensed and insured General Contractor and/ or insured professional handyman to take on jobs as an Independent Contractor on a regular basis. We manage 100+ properties through out Sonoma County and are looking for the right person to visit homes occupied by our tenants to perform interior and exterior repairs. The work and job size varies and includes carpentry, plumbing, electrical, installations etc. Some jobs are projects, some small repairs. You would set the appointments and invoice jobs as an independent contractor. Please email resume and experience.
