We start with a palo santo mat smudging and short yoga flow, followed by our paint and sip. Let go and channel your inner Bob Ross, Pablo Picasso or your inner child. Grab a brush, a stencil or use your fingers. Create a masterpiece or a mindful mess--art is in the process :) This workshop includes: A black yoga mat as your canvas (or bring your own), paints, brushes and stencils to use to create your own masterpiece, a unique and inspiring reflection of your practice.
