Job Description The Returns Specialist is responsible for creating, receiving, inspecting, and processing all returns. The individual filling this role will work closely with peers and supervisors daily. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as basic computer knowledge. Strong attention to detail is a must, to be successful in this role. This is a full-time position based out of our Seattle warehouse in the neighborhood of South Park. The RMA Department hours are Monday – Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm. Duties and Responsibilities - Receive and inspect product and confirm condition as stated on RMA. - Document and communicate any found discrepancies. - Return product back to inventory. - Communicate and develop process improvement ideas as needed. - Take direction from Manager. Skills and Qualifications - Applicant must have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently and as a team. - Exceptional active listening and communication skills. - Proficient in critical thinking, time management, and conflict resolution. - Professional, positive attitude with a strong propensity towards teamwork. - Strong organization and problem-solving skills. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. - Experience with warehousing and receiving processes. - Use a hand truck and pallet jack. - Good written and verbal skills. - Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP experience is a plus. Education - High School diploma or GED preferred.
