GERMANTOWN, MD — A 14-year-old boy has not been seen since Thursday afternoon and Montgomery County Police detectives are asking for the public's help to find him. Sincere Kareem Daughtry, 14, was seen at Northwest High School Thursday. He is 5-foot-1, has brown eyes and black hair. Sincere was wearing a black/white t-shirt, gray jeans pants and black/white sneakers when he was last seen, a Montgomery County Police news release says.
