Press release from the Jefferson Parish Government: June 10, 2022 JEFFERSON, LA – Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, June 13, 2022, the following streets will have one northbound lane closed between Jefferson Hwy. and the Railroad Tracks past Russell St.: Little Farms Ave., Celeste Ave., and Stewart Ave. After this closure is complete, the southbound lanes of the same streets will be closed. Motorists should follow detour signs and expect delays. This closure is necessary to install drainage and roadway construction at a cost of $1.9 million.
