Description
Seeking an individual with a keen eye for detail to join our team as Vacation Home Manager for a portfolio of vacation homes in Cape Coral, FL. This position requires routine weekday and weekend hours. The ideal candidate will be extremely reliable, organized, and have excellent time management skills.
Duties include inspecting and preparing vacation rentals prior to guest check-in, managing housekeepers, replenishing toiletries and consumable items for guest stays, and coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure homes are well presentable and ready for vacationers.
As an emerging vacation home services company, the guest experience is everything. We rely on our Home Managers to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment of arrival to their departure.
Responsibilities:
• Inspect homes / condos / apartments prior to guest arrival and ensure they meet the company’s standards
• Set and ensure general items for guest stays are displayed properly
• Report and document any maintenance issues and/or damages
• Resolve property issues for guests with care and effectiveness
• Prepare welcome packets for guests
Qualifications/Skills:
• Understands verbal and written instructions
• Prioritizes work and work schedule
• Has efficient cleaning techniques and procedures
• Friendly with guests
• Works well with a team
Education and Experience Requirements:
• 1-2 years of housekeeping experience
This position is sub-contractor based, part-time and paid hourly. Weekends and Holidays (during high season) will be required. Please submit your resume for consideration.

The ideal candidate must have a working cell phone, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation to properties.
