Our company is hiring for multiple positions within our installation and fabrication teams! Fabrication Job Description: - Ensure work area is clean, organized, and free of dangerous or hazardous materials - Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely, meeting customer delivery expectations. - Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisor. - Experience in building custom elements with aluminum, steel and other metals - Experience involving electrical wiring, welding and torching - Experience in welding both steel and aluminum, and meets company quality expectations for structural integrity of sign - Use of hand tools, hand tools, saws, and other shop equipment such as shears and break presses to size out material needs - Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, and specifications of custom designs - Self motivation with a sense of urgency to meeting labor budgets and schedule timelines - Ability to work in a team environment - Overtime as needed to meet project deadlines Install Job Description:  Installation of signage – monuments, pylons, wall signs, channel letters, projecting signs, etc.  Understanding of electrical wiring and hookup of signs to primary circuits  Ability to work at heights in our crane trucks or rental equipment such as swing stages and high rise JLG lifts  Understand and have knowledge on all aspects of assigned projects, including site layout, sign types, message schedules, install locations and installation expectations.  Daily reporting to project managers and install lead on project progress, photos of completed signs, updates on challenges and solutions on site  Work in a variety of site environments – commercial buildings, residential buildings, healthcare, construction sites, etc.  Light truck maintenance such as cleaning, taking truck in for oil changes, etc.  Strong attention to detail and quality control  Attend Monday installation meetings  Assist with organization and staging all products for next day  Build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and all sub-contractors  Represent Ad Light in a professional, courteous manner. ***INSTALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
