Experienced Handyman for all home/Apt repairs : Elec, plumbing,sheetrock, painting etc on an as needed basis which could be much of the time. Must be smart, resourceful, capable, dependable, honest with tools, truck or trailer which rules out most people.Must live near downtown and semi retired is ok.
