I got a surprise, today, while organizing my storage unit. There was something inside that I didn't put there! This clever girl was asleep, next to a chewed up bag of bird seed. I knew she wasn't feral, because I used to have pet mice. She may have chosen the ONLY hiding place where she would actually be rescued, instead of *gulp* exterminated... I know someone is missing her dearly, by the way she fell asleep in my hand. Poor thing! She seemed dehydrated, but I got her fixed up. If this escape artist belongs to you, please claim her. I don't have a place to keep her, long-term, so I'll have to rehome her, if I can't find where she belongs.
