Rafael's Table will be offering egg pasta making classes at Lowe Mill! Learn the art of creating authentic homemade egg pasta in this hands-on cooking class from Rafael’s Table.  Under the guidance of Abbe, you’ll discover techniques for making fresh fettucine from scratch, completely by hand and learn to beautifully plate your pasta using prepared pesto and fresh herbs. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. You’ll leave the class not only fully prepared to make artisanal pasta right at home, but with enough fresh pasta (made by you, of course!) and pesto to share with your family and friends.
