DC based developer is seeking qualified crews to subcontracting work on single and multi family properties in DC and MD. We are seeking skilled crews with experience in the following trades: Interior Demolition Site Work and Excavation Concrete - Structural and Flatwork Site Concrete and Underpinning Tile Installers Framing Crews Finish Carpentry including cabinets Drywall & Painting - all facets Misc, Steel Railings, stairs and Structural Steel Plumbing - must have journeyman card on crew HVAC - must have journeyman card on crew Electricians - must have journeyman card on crew We are seeking quality minded labor only or labor and material subcontracting crews that have their on tools, trucks and equipment and works for other builders in DC area. References will be required for similar types of projects. **** Must have ENGLISH speaking crew member on site at all times!!! Our subcontractors must have their own Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance. We pay our subs and vendors bi-weekly, based on a percentage of completion of their work and project milestones.
