WARREN, MI — A 21-year-old man was killed Monday morning in Warren when he was struck by an Uber driver after his motorcycle ran out of gas, according to a report from WWJ News, citing Warren Police Commissioner Bill Dwyer.
The man was pushing his bike alongside the northbound lanes of Mound Road near Interstate 696 when the Uber driver struck him at 3:20 a.m., the report said.
The Uber driver or the passenger was not injured in the crash, according to the report.
Police were still investigating the crash.
