· Complete any day-to-day Operations/Production Manager requests. · Communicate with property owners, production, sales, and office staff. Skills/Requirements: · Good with people, excellent communication skills. · Valid Driver’s License, with the ability to pass an MVR with our insurance carrier. · Must be capable of climbing roofs and performing routine inspections. · Prefer someone who is capable with trades (roofing, gutters, siding, window/door installation) for repairs as needed, but not necessary.
