Handman Needed For Drywall/Tile Work

Hi, We need to redo our backsplash and looking for a handyman to come over to our house and complete some work. I would like the tile removed from the current drywall and then cut the drywall out so I can get an electrician to move the wires in the wall. The wall is about 3 feet by 2 feet. The picture is the wall we need to remove the tile and cut rectangle-type hole to move the wiring. Please provide any example work you have done in the past. Pay: Negotiable.
