My friends car was stolen today near Louisiana and Indian School while she was at the restaurant Le Madeleine next to Target. Cameras from target were able to capture a tall Hispanic man dressed in all black taking the car around 11 am. Please contact me if seen! The car is a 1998 Honda Civic with Japanese plates in the front.
