We are looking for a technician for asset management. This position is self-reliant and self-motivated and independent. Duties include outdoor lot maintenance at locations in Fairbanks and North Pole including, but not limited to, landscape maintenance, power washing buildings, minor painting, and litter removal. This is a full-time, seasonal position. Help us keep our properties beautiful and spend the summer taking pride in your hard work.
