We are a vendor for property management companies. We are seeking strong, dependable independent subcontractors to help us complete our work orders. Most of our work orders consist of, but not limited to, minor plumbing/electrical, drywall repair, appliance repair or replacement, landscaping/trees pest control and house cleaning. We do occasionally have make ready/turn work orders to get a property ready to rent. Nothing major.
