Since 2002, our mission has been to prevent further damage from occurring to properties by putting a swift plan into motion and providing customers with a partner as they navigate through their loss. RGI is seeking a motivated Water Mitigation Specialist (Field Supervisor) who can meet with clients onsite, scope a water mitigation claim, and prepare an Xactimate estimate. Job Description: REQUIRED: At least 2 Years experience in water mitigation/insurance property restoration REQUIRED: Able to scope a property for mitigation due to a water/wind/fire/flood loss REQUIRED: Working knowledge of the IICRC S500 PREFERRED: Prior experience performing water mitigation a plus Basic working knowledge of Xactimate estimates A people-person who enjoys talking with other people and who has a desire to help others who have just experienced a loss at their home or business, calm them, and help them understand what steps come next in the mitigation and restoration processes Critical thinking - ability to identify problems, engineer a solution, and implement Follow-up - Ability to follow up with lingering perspective clients and current ongoing customer's projects to ensure processes are being adhered to and we're meeting expectations set forth to the customer. Negotiator - Ability to step in and resolve conflicts or concerns with customers/potential customers, should they arise.
