IN DESPERATE NEED of someone who can help me figure out whats wrong with my car

I have a 2002 old mobile bravamobile private and it's been acting funny so I took it to get the codes read on it and it was a cylinder 4 misfire. I bought a new spark plug and a new Ignition coil that's what it said and it did not fix it, it is still doing the same thing but I don't have anybody that can help me figure out what's wrong with my car....I don't have a husband or a boyfriend or any kind of male person that can tell me what's wrong with my car and I just really need help I can't afford to take it to a mechanic. I work 10 hour days and now have to take the max to work adding on another 2 hours to my day and I have a 9 year old so I have got to get this problem fixed I just don't know what to do. If you're able to help me figure it out and fix it I would be so grateful but I just can't afford to take it to a Mechanic shop so this ad is a long shot but all I could think of at this point.
