We have immediate openings in Groveport. We are looking for line leads and on-site supervisors for our Client's packaging and logistics operation. These are full time, temp-to-perm positions. Positions pay up to $23/hr. Details: - Apply with Southland Employment for immediate consideration - Day shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Must be proficient in the use of computer software, data entry, wireless, printers and monitors, etc. - Bilingual English and Spanish is helpful but not required - Support management with operations on the packaging floor (ensure tools, equipment, headcount are adequate) - Provide supervisory support and be a leader for packaging associates; able to handle staff issues, low productivity issues and provide solutions for management - Other duties as outlined by management.
