Clear Expectations Pool and Spa is looking to grow by adding a new repair Technician. We are looking for the following: DESCRIPTION OF POSITION Repair Technicians will be given work orders digitally through our platform to go and pick up the products from distribution and facilitate the installation and or complete repairs for swimming pools and spas. Repairs include but are not limited to New Pump, filter, and heater installation, new Automation systems, salt systems, pool and spa light installations, valve installation and repairs, motor swaps and heater troubleshooting. HOURS & COMPENSATION Compensation starts at $25.00 -30.00 an hour but is based on experience. Cell phone compensation is provided for the use of their smart phone. Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working on pool and spa equipment, pvc plumbing and have knowledge of automation systems. This is a 40 hour a week position with room for overtime and sales bonus potential. Looking for a reliable teachable hard-working individual who is customer service oriented. We will provide a company truck, gas card and insurance for the truck.
