Job description Premium Vacation Rental Landscape Manager Homestead Modern We are looking for someone to oversee the outdoor areas of our large portfolio of premium homes in the Joshua Tree area. Someone is able to manage their time well, communicate with our team about needs and opportunities in outdoor spaces, visit properties as needed to keep looking good and plants healthy and be available for larger landscape projects as needed. We are very tech driven and this is a great job for someone who loves the outdoors and has an eye for detail. This position is flexible and would be an independent contractor, but the individual will need to be available to visit the house between guest bookings and allocate tasks to other if they need assistance. If this individual would like to grow with our company, there are ample opportunities. We are looking for people who aren't tech shy. Reliable, positive and detail oriented people who care about people. Our work environment is casual but polished. Experience in landscape design, property management, cleaning, hotels / airB&B are a big plus.
