BONUSES: $10,000 - $20,000+ performance bonus in addition to salary!! Signature Projects, a fast-growing commercial general contractor, is currently seeking Construction Superintendents to join our team! Signature Projects specializes in multi-family remodels, commercial construction and government contracting. Ideal candidates will demonstrate complete ownership of jobsite SAFETY, QUALITY, & TIMELINESS. Duties to include but not limited to: Maintain production schedule / quality control Monitor, Identify, and document all change orders Ensure all safety protocols are followed Supervision of all trades on-site Conduct daily/weekly meeting with trades on-site Maintain daily progress reports of work completed Maintain a professional attitude Call for inspections / meet with building officials Participate in procurement and material delivery Qualifications: Minimum of 2* years of Construction Superintendent experience* Minimum of 5* years total construction experience* Must have a clean motor vehicle report. (Multiple violations can disqualify you from the position) Ability to act as the Company’s primary representative on the job-site with third parties such as trade partners, customers, and municipal inspectors and investigators Ability to read plans and update as built Proven record of maintaining building schedule Strong leadership / management skills Problem solving and analytical skills Experience with ProCore is a plus Bilingual (Spanish) preferred OSHA 10 / 0SHA 30 preferred This position is Full-time; M-F 7AM-3:30PM with OT offered per need basis.
