The role includes primarily diagnosing and performing minor routine maintenance/repair involving such as plumbing, painting, A/C and heating, appliances, gates, fences, patios, railing, tile, carpet, flooring, roofing and gutters. A successful Maintenance Technician will must have 1 year of maintenance experience, excellent customer service skills, positive approach and “can-do” attitude, willingness to work within a team and support fellow colleagues. Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies required.
