The role includes overseeing the overall engagement of prospective residents, assessing prospective resident needs & preferences, presenting & touring community as well as specific apartments, qualifying applications, and managing all incoming calls or email inquiries. A successful Leasing Consultant will have strong sales experience with the ability to close, excellent customer service skills, a positive approach and “can-do” attitude, willingness to work within a team and support fellow colleagues, and consistent employment history and verifiable references.
