Bel Air family seeks a professional home assistant with nannying experience. This position will be responsible for providing a range of assistance in the household, including assisting with the children, coordinating care related to the property grounds, and some personal assistant duties. Responsibilities include: After school pickups for the youngest child (11 years old) Driving children to appointments Grocery shopping and additional errands Light meal prep Light housekeeping and organizing Pet care Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars Coordinating/supervising of the property's maintenance staff We are looking for someone trustworthy and professional, and who can grow with the family. This is a part time position (20-25 hours per week), but we will consider full time for the right person. The assistant must be willing to commit to the position long-term, as longevity and consistency is important to the family. There are four children within the household, however the 3 eldest are teenagers or in college. Most of the childcare responsibilities will be for the 11-year-old girl, who is sweet and smart. The ideal candidate has great attention to detail, and is highly organized with a calm and warm demeanor and can relate to a pre-teen girl. A flexible schedule is helpful. Although scheduling may occasionally vary, availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, and some Fridays (until about 8pm) is required.
