We are currently looking for people to join our team for the 2022 wildfire season! Our company provides mobile kitchens to wildfire camps to feed fire fighters and support staff. The positions will travel with the Mobile Food Service Unit to locations through out California and other Western States. Duties will include: - Preparing and packaging meals in a commercial mobile kitchen for fire personnel - General upkeep of fire camp and kitchen unit - Ability to lift up to 50lbs - Standing for prolonged periods of time - Ability to stay onsite for duration of fire camps. Can vary from a few days to a few weeks Anyone with high volume cooking experience is encouraged to apply. We also have entry level positions that don't require experience. Hours will vary per day at camp from 8-12 hours per day. Please respond with contact information and work history.
