We are a charity that resells donated property. We have 2 townhouses within 5 miles of each other. We need photos of the conditions inside and out to help make some decisions. We may have additional labor work, like boarding up windows, changing lock boxes, removing debris, etc. $150 each, so you can do one or both. You may need to pry boards to enter the house. We can give you a letter authorizing you to be there. Text photos to show you can send clear photos.
