Odd Job Need Help With Purchase and Shipping

I live out of state in the state of Arizona but I was looking at purchasing something off of facebook marketplace that the seller does not want to ship to me even if I offer to pay for it all. Looking for someone that can go in person to buy the item I want (more details will be provided when contacted) package the items up then ship them to me. Will pay when provided proof that the item is in the post office prior to shipping of the item. Item is only $5.
